About this clinic

About Miracle Leaf® West Palm Beach

You'll find Miracle Leaf® West Palm Beach Military Trail at 1195 N Military Trail, Suite 2B, on the corridor that runs north-south through central Palm Beach County. What folks like best about us is how easy we are to get to: Palm Beach International Airport is just minutes away, I-95 is close, and sitting off the downtown grid makes us a simple drive whether you're coming from the western suburbs or flying in from out of town. We're a doctor's office for your Florida medical marijuana certification, not a dispensary.

Easy to get to, six days a week

Being right on the corridor and so close to the airport makes us one of the most reachable offices in Palm Beach County, whether you're a year-round neighbor out in the western suburbs or a seasonal patient just landed at the airport. We're open six days a week. One of our physicians sits down with you, reviews your medical history, and decides whether your condition is recognized under Florida law. If it qualifies, that decision is recorded as a certification in the state registry, which is the step that lets you register with the state. We see new patients and renewals both.

What to bring

Bring a Florida ID or other proof of a Florida address, plus any records that document your condition. If you're a seasonal patient flying in through Palm Beach International, bring proof of your current Florida address too, since the registry checks residency before it approves you. There's surface parking right here at the office, and we're a quick reach from the airport and I-95. Not sure what counts? Give us a call first and we'll tell you exactly what to bring.

A clinic, not a treatment center

Under Fla. Stat. 381.986, Florida keeps the physician certification and the retail purchase as two separate licensed steps. We handle the certification here. You buy the product afterward at a state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, a separate business, once the state approves your registration.

State physician registry verification

The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Plan your visit

Preparing for Your Appointment

What to bring

  • Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
  • Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
  • List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.

Before you arrive

  • Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
  • Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.

During the visit

A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.

After the visit

Miracle Leaf® specializes in guiding patients through each step of the process during and after the appointment. Miracle Leaf® has over 8 years of experience working with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

  • My appointment was scheduled for the next day. The office was clean and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff are kind and the doc is very knowledgeable about the treatment. They are also very encouraging on contacting them is needed. I was also able to go to a dispensary right after my appointment. While it is not ideal to pay out of pocket their pricing is very competitive without any hidden fees. I will definitely be returning for my renewal and recommend this location to anyone I know who may need it.
