About this clinic
About Miracle Leaf® Dallas
If you live anywhere in the greater Dallas area, you know how the whole region rides up the US-75 Central Expressway, out through Collin County where McKinney, Plano, and Frisco have grown into some of the fastest-moving suburbs in the country. We set up on S Central Expy up in McKinney, right on that US-75 spine, so the Dallas-area patients on this side of the metro have a Compassionate Use office close to home. Miracle Leaf® is a doctor's office for your Texas Compassionate Use Program evaluation, not a dispensary. Texas runs a prescription program, not a card, and we handle the physician side of it.
On the US-75 corridor that serves the Dallas area
US-75 is the backbone of this part of the Dallas metro, carrying folks from McKinney down through Plano, Richardson, and on into the city, and tying east toward the Frisco and Allen growth along the Sam Rayburn Tollway. Our spot on S Central Expy sits right on that corridor, within easy reach of the McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and Allen neighbors who drive it every day, while still serving the wider Dallas area that the highway feeds.
How the Texas prescription model works
One of our CURT-registered physicians, registered with the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas, goes through your records and decides whether your condition qualifies under Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 487. If it does, the doctor enters a low-THC cannabis prescription directly into the registry. There's no separate ID card in Texas; that prescription is what gives you access.
What to bring
Bring a Texas photo ID or other proof of a Texas address, plus any records that document your condition. The Compassionate Use Program is open only to Texas residents and gives no recognition to out-of-state cards, so both your residency proof and your condition records factor into the physician's evaluation. Not sure what counts? Call us first and we'll tell you exactly what to bring.
A clinic, not a dispensing organization
Under Chapter 487, a CURT-registered physician has to enter the prescription before any low-THC cannabis can be obtained, and the Department of Public Safety runs the registry. We handle that evaluation and the prescription, and nothing more. You fill the prescription afterward through a licensed Texas dispensing organization, a separate, state-licensed business, often by secure home delivery right to your door.

Preparing for Your Appointment
What to bring
- Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
- Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
- List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.
Before you arrive
- Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
- Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
- Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.
During the visit
A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.
After the visit
Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.
