About this clinic
About Miracle Leaf® St. Cloud
If you know St. Cloud, you know the quiet eastern end of Osceola County: the old veterans'-colony grid down by East Lake Toho, the downtown that still runs along New York Ave. We set up right out on E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, the St. Cloud leg of US-192, so folks on this side of the county don't have to drive across to the resort strip to get certified. Miracle Leaf® is a doctor's office for your Florida medical marijuana certification, not a dispensary, though if you qualify the dispensary is right next door.
Serving the east side of the county
The western end of US-192 belongs to the tourists. Our end is the local one, running past the St. Cloud lakefront, up toward the new Narcoossee neighborhoods, and out to the quieter communities around Holopaw and Harmony. We opened on the eastern highway so our east-county neighbors have a certification office close to home instead of fighting across to the Kissimmee resort side. If you used to visit our Kissimmee location, this is where that team is now.
What the physician evaluation covers
One of our physicians sits down with you, reviews your medical history, and decides whether your condition is recognized under Florida law. If it is, that decision is recorded as a certification in the state registry, which is the step that lets you register with the state. We see new patients and renewals both.
Bring with you
Bring a Florida photo ID or other proof of a Florida address, plus any records that document your condition. If you're only here part of the year, bring proof of your current Florida address too, since the registry checks residency before it approves you. Not sure what counts? Call us first and we'll tell you exactly what to bring.
A clinic, not a treatment center
Under Fla. Stat. 381.986, Florida keeps the medical certification and the retail purchase as two separate licensed steps. We handle the certification. You buy the product afterward at a state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, a separate business, once your registration is approved, and the closest one is right beside us on East Irlo Bronson.
State physician registry verification
The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Plan your visit
Preparing for Your Appointment
What to bring
- Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
- Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
- List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.
Before you arrive
- Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
- Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
- Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.
During the visit
A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.
After the visit
Miracle Leaf® specializes in guiding patients through each step of the process during and after the appointment. Miracle Leaf® has over 8 years of experience working with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).
Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

Monique was very professional and treated all three of us with respect. She handled multiple tasks while remaining attentive and addressed each of us as Mr. and Ms., which was both courteous and appreciated. She also helped me renew my state ID on my phone and asked for permission before touching my device or opening any apps. An excellent experience overall.
