About this clinic

About Miracle Leaf® Doral

If you work or live in Doral, you know the rhythm of this place: the office parks and warehouse blocks west of Miami International Airport, the steady hum of trade and logistics that gives the city its Latin American business pulse. We set up right in the middle of it, in Suite 209 at 9594 NW 41st St, so the people who keep Doral running have a certification office close to the desk and the drive home. Miracle Leaf® is a doctor's office for your Florida medical marijuana certification, not a dispensary. Doral's own city rules keep dispensaries out, so the nearest treatment centers sit a short drive away in Miami.

Open seven days a week

We hear it from the airport-area crowd all the time: the only free hour is after work or on a Sunday. So we keep long weekday hours into the evening, a full Saturday, and Sunday availability that you won't find at most clinics around here. Come on the schedule that fits you. One of our physicians sits down with you, reviews your records, decides whether your condition is recognized under Florida law, and records the certification that opens the door to state registration. We see new patients and renewals both.

Coming in

The office complex on NW 41st St has its own parking, with quick access off the Palmetto and the airport corridor. Bring a Florida ID or other proof of a Florida address along with any records that document your condition, and finish the portal intake before you arrive so we can keep your visit short.

A clinic, not a treatment center

Under Fla. Stat. 381.986, Florida keeps the medical certification and the retail purchase as two separate licensed steps. We handle the certification. You buy the product afterward at a state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, a separate business, once your registration is approved. Because Doral bans dispensaries inside city limits, the closest ones are just over the line in Miami, near the airport.

State physician registry verification

The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Plan your visit

Preparing for Your Appointment

What to bring

  • Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
  • Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
  • List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.

Before you arrive

  • Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
  • Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.

During the visit

A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.

After the visit

Miracle Leaf® specializes in guiding patients through each step of the process during and after the appointment. Miracle Leaf® has over 8 years of experience working with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the Doral office a dispensary?
No. The office on NW 41st Street is a physician certification clinic. A qualified doctor evaluates whether you meet a qualifying condition under Florida law and, if appropriate, records a certification in the state registry. Cannabis is sold only at a separate licensed treatment center.
Where is the Doral clinic?
The clinic is at 9594 NW 41st St, Suite 209, in Doral, in the business district west of Miami International Airport and near the Palmetto Expressway. The area is heavily commercial, with parking at the office complex.
What should I bring to my first Doral appointment?
Bring a valid Florida-issued ID or proof of Florida residency and any medical records that document a qualifying condition. Completing your intake form in the patient portal before you arrive helps shorten the visit.
What conditions qualify under the Florida program?
Florida Statute 381.986 lists qualifying conditions including cancer, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV and AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and terminal conditions, plus a comparable class clause and chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying condition. A physician determines eligibility during the evaluation.
Does Florida accept an out-of-state medical card?
No. Florida does not recognize medical cannabis cards issued by other states. Seasonal and part-year residents must complete a Florida certification and register with the state under the same rules as permanent residents.
