About this clinic

About Miracle Leaf® Hallandale Beach

You'll find us in Unit 5 at 600 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, right on the southern doorstep of Broward County, where Hallandale Beach Boulevard runs west from the coast toward I-95. We're close enough to the Miami-Dade line and the Gulfstream Park racing and shopping district that we see folks from both sides of the county border, including neighbors over in Aventura and the northern Miami-Dade communities just across the line. Miracle Leaf® here is a doctor's office for your certification, not a place that sells cannabis.

On the line, six days a week

Sitting right where Broward meets Miami-Dade, we draw a good mix of patients, and our morning-to-evening hours six days a week give everyone room to find a time that works. One of our physicians reviews your medical history, decides whether your condition is one Florida recognizes, and records the certification that makes state registration possible. We see first-time and renewal patients alike.

What to bring

Bring a Florida ID or other proof of residency along with records of your condition, and if you fill out the portal intake ahead of time the visit goes quicker. The plaza right on Hallandale Beach Boulevard has parking on site.

A clinic, not a treatment center

Florida Statute 381.986 keeps the physician's certification as the first step, before you can register and shop at a licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, which is a separate business. We handle the certification. The purchase comes later, at a treatment center, once the state approves your registration. There are several clustered along this boulevard just minutes away.

State physician registry verification

The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Plan your visit

Preparing for Your Appointment

What to bring

  • Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
  • Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
  • List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.

Before you arrive

  • Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
  • Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.

During the visit

A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.

After the visit

Miracle Leaf® specializes in guiding patients through each step of the process during and after the appointment. Miracle Leaf® has over 8 years of experience working with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

  • The experience exceeded my expectations! Matthew the manager was very friendly, helpful and polite. Their location is attractive, clean and comfortable. I maybe waited 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor. He was efficient yet thorough. And you get your medical card before leaving--it is sent to you via email. Now, that's what I call excellent care and service! Thank you!

  • Just finished my first visit and after shopping around I have to say this was and is the absolute best available option. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. The pricing is the best in south Florida and the facility is absolutely immaculate. When I saw the doctor he made sure to take his time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered as well as the rest of the staff. Would not recommend any other facility. A+
