About this clinic

About Miracle Leaf® Kendall

If you live in Kendall, you've driven this road a thousand times. Miracle Leaf® Kendall sits right on N Kendall Dr at 11632, on one of southwest Miami-Dade's busiest east-west runs, the same Kendall Drive that ties the Dadeland shopping core to the Town and Country district farther west. The suburban grid around us, fed by the Palmetto and reaching out toward the Turnpike, brings in neighbors from across Kendall, Sunset, and the master-planned subdivisions nearby. We're a doctor's office for your Florida medical marijuana certification, not a place to buy product. If you qualify, there's a dispensary practically across the street.

Weekday and Saturday certifications

We keep daytime weekday hours and a half-day on Saturday for the folks who can't slip away mid-week. A lot of our neighbors here are a little older, the kind of corridor where families have settled in for the long haul, and we hear from plenty who finally want an alternative to the same old pain prescriptions. One of our physicians reviews your records, decides whether your condition is recognized under Florida law, and enters the certification that moves you on to state registration. We see new patients and renewals both.

Coming in for an appointment

There's surface parking right at the building, easy in a corridor this car-oriented. Bring a Florida ID or other proof of a Florida address along with any records about your condition, and finish the portal intake before you arrive.

A doctor's office in the Florida pathway

Florida Statute 381.986 keeps the physician's certification and the retail purchase as two separate licensed steps. We handle the certification. You buy the product afterward at a state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, a separate business, once your registration is approved, and the nearest one sits right on Kendall Drive within walking distance of us.

State physician registry verification

The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

The Miracle Leaf® Editorial Team last reviewed this page on 2026-05-22. It explains general Florida program rules under Fla. Stat. 381.986 and is informational, not medical advice or any promise of outcome. A licensed physician makes the eligibility decision during the evaluation.

Plan your visit

Preparing for Your Appointment

What to bring

  • Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
  • Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
  • List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.

Before you arrive

  • Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
  • Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.

During the visit

A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. A typical visit takes 30 to 45 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.

After the visit

Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the Kendall office a dispensary?
No. The office on N Kendall Drive is a physician certification clinic. A qualified doctor evaluates whether you meet a qualifying condition under Florida law and, if appropriate, records a certification in the state registry. Cannabis is sold only at a separate licensed treatment center.
Where is the Kendall clinic?
The clinic is at 11632 N Kendall Dr in the Kendall area of unincorporated Miami-Dade County, on the N Kendall Drive corridor near the Dadeland and Town and Country shopping districts and a short drive from the Palmetto Expressway. Surface parking is available.
What should I bring to my first Kendall appointment?
Bring a valid Florida-issued ID or proof of Florida residency and any medical records that document a qualifying condition. Completing your intake form in the patient portal before you arrive helps shorten the visit.
What conditions qualify under the Florida program?
Florida Statute 381.986 lists qualifying conditions including cancer, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV and AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and terminal conditions, plus a comparable class clause and chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying condition. A physician determines eligibility during the evaluation.
Does Florida accept an out-of-state medical card?
No. Florida does not recognize medical cannabis cards issued by other states. Seasonal and part-year residents must complete a Florida certification and register with the state under the same rules as permanent residents.
