Cape Coral certification clinic
Miracle Leaf® Cape Coral Medical Marijuana Doctors
In a city built on canals, we kept it simple and set up right on Santa Barbara Blvd, one of the few roads that runs straight across town. We see Cape Coral neighbors for the Florida medical marijuana evaluation and walk you through the state registry one step at a time. We are a doctor's office for your certification, not a dispensary.

About this clinic
About Miracle Leaf® Cape Coral
Anybody who lives in Cape Coral knows the trick to getting around 100-plus square miles of canals and grid streets is knowing your boulevards. So we put our Miracle Leaf® office right on Santa Barbara Blvd, one of the few roads that runs straight north and south from the south end near Cape Coral Pkwy up to the growing northern blocks. Inside, one of our physicians handles your evaluation for the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry. We are a certification clinic, not a shop, so no product changes hands at this address.
Easy to reach in a car-first city
With so few bridges and through-streets, you already plan your driving around Santa Barbara Blvd, Del Prado Blvd, and the Veterans Pkwy connector over to Fort Myers. We chose Santa Barbara on purpose, because it is a road most of the city passes through anyway. That spares you an extra cross-town leg whether you are coming from the far southwest canals or the northern Burnt Store corridor.
What a visit looks like
When you come in, one of our physicians reviews your medical background and decides whether your condition is one Florida recognizes. If it is, that gets entered as a certification in the state registry, which is the step that lets you complete your own state registration. We see first-time patients and folks coming back to recertify, and we are happy to walk you through whichever one you are here for.
What to bring
Bring a Florida photo ID or other proof of a Florida address, plus any medical records describing your condition. If you winter here and live up north the rest of the year, bring current proof of your Florida address too, since the registry will not approve an application until it confirms residency. Call us first if you are not sure what counts and we will tell you exactly what to bring.
A clinic, not a dispensary
Fla. Stat. 381.986 splits the program into two separate licensed steps, and we only do the first one. The physician certification happens here in Cape Coral. The purchase comes later and somewhere else, at a state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, once your registration is approved. There is a dispensary right on our block if you qualify, but those are independent businesses, and the law keeps them separate from the office that certifies you.
State physician registry verification
The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Preparing for Your Appointment
What to bring
- Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
- Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
- List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.
Before you arrive
- Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
- Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
- Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.
During the visit
A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.
After the visit
Miracle Leaf® specializes in guiding patients through each step of the process during and after the appointment. Miracle Leaf® has over 8 years of experience working with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).
Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

Walked in on Wednesday without my Florida id , they suggested going to the dmv to get it . I was back Saturday and they got me certified right away! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend miracle leaf to anyone trying to get their medical card. I left important medical documents in their office and they called me to let me know they were keeping them safe untill I was able to pick them up . Overall very amazing experience and I love the staff . I will be renewing my card . Only downside is the price I feel you could find cheaper around the area but none of them will care about you/take time out their day to go above and beyond for you and take care of you like miracle leaf did! Edit: The lady at the front desk needs a RAISE . She helped me both times I went and was an angel.
JayEvery visit has been smooth and efficient. The staff are all wonderful! From being greeted upon entering to their patience and kindness in explaining all the options and finding the right treatment for each individual, they have always been great!

ChonduskiToday I finally made my appointment after some trials but I finally made it. The staff was so helpful helping me get rescheduled numerous times and even gave me a call to check in on me when a medical emergency caused a reschedule. The process was fast and painless.
