About this clinic

About Miracle Leaf® Naples

If you have lived in Naples a while, you know Airport Rd S as the working spine that runs inland and parallel to the better-known Tamiami Trail. That is exactly where we put our Miracle Leaf® office, so neighbors from East Naples, Golden Gate, and the streets east of downtown can come see us without fighting the seasonal US-41 traffic. We do one thing here: the physician evaluation for the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry. We are a certification clinic, not a dispensary, and no cannabis is sold on the premises.

A spot in the middle of Collier County

Naples splits between the coastal districts by the Gulf and the larger inland communities of Golden Gate and East Naples, and Airport Rd S sits right between the two. It links the Pine Ridge Rd and Davis Blvd crossroads and runs straight toward the I-75 ramps at the eastern edge of the county. For most folks in Collier County that puts us on a road you already drive, instead of out on the congested coastal trail. Naples also runs older than almost anywhere in the state, and many of the people we see are retirees and veterans managing chronic conditions, so we keep the visit calm and unhurried.

What the physician does at your visit

When you sit down with one of our doctors, they go over your medical history and decide whether your condition is recognized under Florida law. When it is, the certification gets logged in the state registry, which is the step that opens your own state registration. We welcome first-time certifications and renewals both.

What seasonal residents should bring

Naples is a snowbird town, so residency proof matters here. Bring a Florida photo ID or other proof of a Florida address along with records of your qualifying condition. If you only winter here, carry current Florida-address documentation, because the registry confirms residency before it clears an application. Not sure what counts? Give us a call first and we will tell you what to bring.

Certification first, purchase later

Under Fla. Stat. 381.986 the certification we record in Naples is the medical gate; the retail step comes afterward at a separately licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, once your state registration is approved. The closest dispensaries are a short drive north or south of us if you qualify. The clinic and the treatment center are distinct businesses by design, and our office handles only the certification side.

State physician registry verification

The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Plan your visit

Preparing for Your Appointment

What to bring

  • Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
  • Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
  • List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.

Before you arrive

  • Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
  • Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.

During the visit

A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.

After the visit

Miracle Leaf® specializes in guiding patients through each step of the process during and after the appointment. Miracle Leaf® has over 8 years of experience working with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

  • If you’re looking for a medical cannabis card and great products this is the place to be. The staff here were very insightful and friendly, they were even able to help me get my recommendations and some flower in the same day! There was an extensive selection available from edibles to vapes including flower! I got to pickup some blue dream flower which is one of my favorites. Ask for Vanesa or Ricardo!

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the Naples office a dispensary?
No. The Airport Rd office is a physician certification clinic. A qualified doctor evaluates whether you meet a qualifying condition under Florida law and, if appropriate, records a certification in the state registry. Approved patients then purchase from a separate licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center.
Where is the Naples clinic located?
The clinic is on Airport Rd S in Naples, a central Collier County corridor near the East Naples area and a short drive from the US-41 Tamiami Trail. The location is reachable for patients across Naples, Golden Gate, and the surrounding Collier County communities.
What should I bring to my Naples appointment?
Bring a valid Florida-issued ID or other proof of Florida residency, plus any medical records that document a qualifying condition. Naples draws many seasonal residents, so if you live here only part of the year, bring proof of a current Florida address for the state registry.
What conditions qualify under the Florida program?
Florida Statute 381.986 lists qualifying conditions including cancer, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV and AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis, plus a comparable-class clause and chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying condition. A physician determines eligibility during the evaluation.
Does Florida accept an out-of-state medical card?
No. Florida does not recognize medical cannabis cards issued by other states. Seasonal and part-year residents must complete a Florida certification and register with the state under the same rules as permanent residents.
