About this clinic
About Miracle Leaf® Pooler
If you know Pooler, you know it as the fast-growing western gateway to Savannah, the Chatham County suburb that has boomed around the I-95 interchange with the airport just to the east. We set up on US-80, the older highway that runs parallel to the interstate right through the heart of town, so coastal-Georgia neighbors on this side of the metro don't have to drive into the historic city center to get certified. Miracle Leaf® is a doctor's office for your Georgia Low THC Oil Registry certification, not a dispensary. Georgia's program is limited to low-THC oil at no more than 5 percent THC, and we handle the physician side of it.
The western edge of coastal Georgia
Pooler's growth has spread along US-80 and Pooler Pkwy near the I-95 and I-16 interchanges, pulling in folks from across western Chatham County and the communities heading out toward Bloomingdale and the Effingham County line. We picked US-80 so registry certification stays on the western side of the Savannah metro, close to home for the coastal-area patients out this way instead of a trip into the old city center.
What the physician evaluation covers
A Georgia-licensed physician goes through your history and decides whether your condition qualifies under state law. If it does, the doctor submits a written certification to the Georgia Department of Public Health, and the state then issues your Low THC Oil Patient Registry card. That card, issued by the state, is what later lets you buy. No oil is dispensed here at the office.
Bring with you
Bring a Georgia photo ID or other proof of a Georgia address, since the state recognizes no out-of-state cards, plus your medical records. Most Georgia qualifying conditions require severe or end-stage status, so records that show the severity of your condition help the physician weigh eligibility. Not sure what counts? Call us first and we'll tell you exactly what to bring.
Certification here, purchase at a dispensary
Under O.C.G.A. 16-12-200, the certifying physician and the selling dispensary are two separate parties. We provide the certification that leads to your registry card. The low-THC oil itself, held to 5 percent THC by weight, is sold by a state-licensed Georgia dispensary, a separate business we don't run.
State registry verification
The Georgia Department of Public Health administers the Low THC Oil Patient Registry. Confirm program rules, qualifying conditions, and registry contact details through the Georgia DPH Low THC Oil Patient Registry. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Preparing for Your Appointment
What to bring
- Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
- Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
- List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.
Before you arrive
- Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
- Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
- Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.
During the visit
A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. A typical visit takes 30 to 45 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.
After the visit
Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

Raj GoyalSuper friendly staff. Very informative. Listened to my needs. Were able to accommodate me on short notice and squeeze me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. The space is very clean and open. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend to others.
Neema TamrakarMy GPS ran me all around Pooler. Bit once I found y'all I was pleasantly surprised. The clinic is very clean and the inventory is well stocked and displayed. If you have any questions just ask one of the fine assistants and will explain how this all works. They walked me through the entire application process right down to actually getting my card. I guess I expected the clinic to be more like the old hippie head shops /tattoo shops. Not so. It has the feeling of a pleasant, Professional, Doctors office , / modern clinic that you would feel comfortable sending your Mother to. Thanks, Miracle Leaf
