Who Miracle Leaf® Is

Miracle Leaf® is a network of state-licensed medical marijuana certification clinics serving patients in 25 states. Our physicians evaluate patients for qualifying conditions and, when appropriate, certify them under their state medical cannabis program. With 36 clinic locations across Florida, Georgia, and Texas, plus telehealth visits in 22 more states, patients can be seen by a doctor who knows their state program in detail.

We exist to make a confusing process clear. State medical cannabis rules differ from one another and change over time. Our role is to handle the certification step correctly, explain what the state requires of you, and help qualified patients reach legal access without guesswork.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give patients with qualifying conditions a clear, professional path to legal medical cannabis access. We focus on three things: an honest evaluation by a licensed physician, plain explanations of what your state program requires, and respectful, confidential care at every visit.

We do not promise outcomes we cannot control. A certification decision rests with the evaluating physician based on your health history and your state qualifying conditions. What we do promise is a straightforward process and a doctor you can talk to.

The Three Programs We Serve

Every state runs its own program with its own rules. These are the three where we operate physical clinics.

  • Florida runs the Medical Marijuana Use Registry through the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). Certified patients register with the state and purchase from licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers.
  • Georgia runs the Medical Cannabis Patient Registry through the Georgia Department of Public Health. Certified patients receive a Medical Cannabis Patient Registry Card.
  • Texas runs the Compassionate Use Program (TCUP). Registered physicians enter a prescription for low THC cannabis into the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas; there is no physical card.

How Patients Are Seen

We serve patients two ways, and which one applies depends on your state.

  • In our clinic states. Florida, Georgia, and Texas patients are seen at a local Miracle Leaf clinic. Florida requires an in-person evaluation for a first certification under Florida Statute 381.986(4)(a); renewals may be handled by telehealth.
  • By telehealth. In 22 additional states, a state-registered physician evaluates you over a private video connection. Rules differ by state. Most allow a first-time certification online, a few limit telehealth to renewals for established patients, and several set conditions. Your state guide states the rule and the statute behind it.

Our Editorial Standards and Care Team

Medical cannabis is a health and legal topic, so accuracy matters. Content on this site is maintained by the Miracle Leaf® editorial team and reviewed against current state program rules. Where a page describes a clinical or program detail, it reflects the requirements of the relevant state registry at the time of review.

Patient evaluations are performed only by physicians who are licensed in your state and registered with that state medical cannabis program. We separate two things on purpose: published information is educational, while a certification decision is a clinical judgment made by a licensed physician during your visit, whether that visit happens in a clinic or by video.

Why Patients Choose Miracle Leaf®

  • State-licensed physicians. Every certifying doctor is licensed and program-registered in the state where they practice.
  • Local clinics. 36 locations across Florida, Georgia, and Texas means a clinic near most patients in those states.
  • Telehealth reach. Patients in 22 more states can be evaluated by video from home where their state program allows it.
  • Clear process. We explain exactly what your state requires before, during, and after your visit.
  • Confidential care. Your visit and your records are handled privately and professionally.

If you think medical cannabis may be right for you, the next step is a physician evaluation. Florida, Georgia, and Texas patients can find the Miracle Leaf® clinic nearest them. Patients in our other states can check telehealth eligibility and book from home.
