St. Petersburg certification clinic
Miracle Leaf® St. Petersburg Medical Marijuana Doctors
We're a neighborhood certification clinic on 4th St N in St. Petersburg's northeast quadrant, on one of the city's main commercial runs. We see patients from across the Pinellas peninsula for the Florida medical marijuana evaluation and walk you through the state registry one step at a time. We're a doctor's office, not a dispensary.

About this clinic
About Miracle Leaf® St. Petersburg
If you know St. Pete, you know the city fills the lower half of the Pinellas peninsula, hemmed in by Tampa Bay on one side and the Gulf beaches on the other, with 4th St N running the length of it as one of the longest commercial streets in town. You'll find us on 4th St N in the northeast quadrant, on the corridor that links the older lakefront and Old Northeast neighborhoods up toward the Gandy approach. Miracle Leaf® is a doctor's office for your Florida medical marijuana certification, not a dispensary.
Right on a street everyone drives
Because St. Pete sits on a peninsula, the traffic funnels onto a few long north-south streets, and 4th St N is one of the busiest, stretching from the downtown waterfront up to the Gandy Bridge connector toward Tampa. Sitting right on that corridor, we're an easy reach for the northeast neighborhoods, the folks near the bay, and the wider Pinellas communities who move through the city on 4th St every day.
What happens at your visit
One of our physicians sits down with you, reviews your medical history, and decides whether your condition is recognized under Florida law. If it qualifies, that decision is recorded as a certification in the state registry, which is the step that lets you register with the state. We see new patients and renewals both.
What to bring
Bring a Florida photo ID or other proof of a Florida address, plus any records that document your condition. If you only live in the St. Pete area part of the year, bring proof of your current Florida address too, since the registry checks residency before it approves you. Not sure what counts? Give us a call first and we'll tell you exactly what to bring.
A clinic, not a treatment center
Under Fla. Stat. 381.986, Florida keeps the medical certification and the retail purchase as two separate licensed steps. We handle the certification here. You buy the product afterward at a state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, a separate business, once the state approves your registration.
State physician registry verification
The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use maintains a public registry of qualified physicians. Before your visit, look up your certifying physician through the OMMU qualified physician search. Access date: 2026-06-01.

Preparing for Your Appointment
What to bring
- Government-issued photo ID showing your state residency (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
- Medical records documenting your qualifying condition. Recent diagnosis notes, treatment records, imaging reports, or prescriptions all help the physician confirm eligibility.
- List of current medications including supplements and over-the-counter treatments.
Before you arrive
- Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
- Wear comfortable clothing. The visit involves a routine medical conversation, not a physical procedure.
- Bring payment for the evaluation fee. The clinic accepts most major payment methods. State program fees are paid separately to the state.
During the visit
A licensed physician reviews your records, discusses your symptoms, and determines whether you meet a qualifying condition. The physician evaluation itself takes about 15 minutes. If you qualify, the physician completes the certification step required by your state program.
After the visit
Miracle Leaf® specializes in guiding patients through each step of the process during and after the appointment. Miracle Leaf® has over 8 years of experience working with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).
Approved patients receive instructions for state registration. You purchase products separately from a state-licensed treatment center. Miracle Leaf® clinics do not dispense or sell cannabis products.

They have great customer service and always answer the phone with an upbeat and kind attitude. The only reason I continue to use this specific doc is them. 11/10 I hope they know how much they are appreciated.
